Welcome Back... Your NEW Cora Hair Experience

YES it's really happening 4 July 2020 Reopening

We are delighted to hear the news that Cora Hair can reopen it’s doors on the 4 July and we can't wait to see you! With that in mind we have been working hard putting plans together to deliver a new Cora Hair Experience with the safety of You and our Team at its heart.

Please be reassured that your new experience has been informed by Government guidelines and professional bodies including the National Hair and Beauty Federation of which Cora Hair is a member.

Things will be a little different

We are really excited to see you back at Cora Hair and you will notice some changes to your experience. With that in mind we thought we would give you a ‘heads up’ on what to expect.

New Online Booking and Payment System, Now Open

We are asking you to book your appointment online. Open 24/7 you will find a simple menu of services to select from, you can easily manage any changes directly and register your payment details. We are encouraging cashless payments. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment and a reminder. If you have any symptoms of coronavirus, feel unwell or live with someone who is unwell then please be advised to reschedule your appointment.

Vulnerable Clients

If you are a vulnerable client then please do contact us directly by email info@corahair.co.uk with your preferred telephone number. We will be able to advise you when is the best time to visit the salon.

Skin Testing

Please check that you are up to date with your skin test.

If you are a regular Cora Hair colour client who has coloured their hair at home or it has been 6 months since your last colour or a new client you will need a skin test at least 48 hours prior to your expected service.

Arrival at the Salon

Please arrive at the salon on time for your appointment. There is no waiting area and only You will be permitted to enter the salon at your time. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate social distancing alongside friends and family. Please do use the hand sanitiser that is provided. We would also ask that you limit the number of personal items you bring with you. We have also removed magazines.

A special coffee offer with our Great Western Arcade Neighbour, Morridge

We can no longer offer refreshments in salon, however we have teamed up with our favourite Barista at Morridge. You can order take out coffee or tea and enjoy a special discount of 10% as a Cora Hair client.

Social Distancing

We have had a makeover! We hope you like our new look and workstations. Our floor plan means we meet the 1m+ recommendation. The reception area has also been screened. Your own stylist will complete your service from start to finish. Your Stylist will wear a face visor which provides a protective barrier between the two of you. From the 8 August 2020 you will also be required to wear a face covering.

Keep it Clean

We have introduced an enhanced cleaning regime following the guidance protocols. This includes cleaning and disinfection of workstations and tools/ equipment between clients, the use of disposable PPE where appropriate and single use gowns and towels. You will also see other areas of the salon being cleaned regularly throughout the day including bathrooms, door handles and retail shelves. We would ask you not to touch retail products, our Team members will be happy to assist. Please be reassured that the Cora Hair Team have completed training on hygiene and safety measures so you can feel confident about your visit to us.

Try an Online Consultation

We are offering an online consultation option prior to your visit. To take advantage of this new service please email us directly at info@corahair.co.uk. Consultations will be available from 29 June 2020. Consultations can be via Zoom. You do not need a Zoom account to use this service. You will be invited via an email link to a Zoom meeting. Simply click on the link and follow the instructions. Alternatively you can try a Cora Hair WhatsApp Video call. We would ask that you position yourself near natural light during the consultation.
